Tired to contact Cox Plumbing and Heating on several occasions, as they were referred to me by our warranty company. Left a couple messages, left an email. Finally spoke to his wife who stated that she didn't know when her husband was going to come out. She said she would talk to him that night and call me back. She didn't call back, I had to call again. She then stated that she talked to him and again he didn't know when he "wanted" to come out. She would get back to me. She didn't, so I called again. This time she said that he would come by some time on Sat. on his way to Salt Lake. I asked what time and she said she didn't know. I asked if we could narrow down a time and she said in the afternoon. I asked her to have him call me when he was on his way, as we have a gate and dogs. By 7 p.m. Sat. night I hadn't heard a thing. No phone call....nothing. Waited around all afternoon on a Sat. afternoon and he didn't show up and never had the courtesy to phone and say he wasn't going to be able to make it. Ended up having my neighbor by a garbage disposal for me and install it. Thankfully I was reimbursed by the warranty company.

There was an attempted repair of the jetted tub. But after inspection the problem was determined to be an electrical problem. The technician referred me back to the warranty people who initiated a work order for an electrician.

He was punctual, had the replacement water heater with him, installed and then cleaned up when job was completed.

Rob's helper Teri actually came out this time. He was absolutely fantastic. I have used Rob for several years. He has been great. He is reasonable and reliable. I just can't say enough about them.
