Description of Work: The indoor coil was leaking. It was still under warranty, so Dave picked up the new one, and installed it. Then he returned the old one to get repayment for it. This unit is as big as a dishwasher, so not an easy job. He did a very good job.

+ -1 moreWe have an old A/C pump but don't want to pay for an entire brand new unit, so every year or so Dave comes out and refills the refrigerant and fixes any other problems it's developed. We've had him over 3 or 4 times now and every visit has been very pleasant. He's even come on the weekends without any extra costs. Great service provider!

+ -1 moreDave is very professional and courteous . Dave is an owner Operator so you know you are getting the best service. He made sure we were happy by calling us back a few days later to see if our ac unit was cooling properly.
Description of Work: I called Outwest Air to repair our air conditioner for our business. Dave, the owner came out and replaced a faulty fuse. The fuse ended up not being the sole thing that needed to be fixed as a breaker in the ac unit had gone out. It was a pricey breaker, Dave had the knowledge to reset the breaker by removing it and putting it back in place. bingo it has worked every since and not a problem. Thanks Dave we will always use your service for business and home.
