His work was pretty good. He is a nice guy. Very expensive at $150 per hour.

Nathan Riddle was hired 6/5/23 to seal my metal roof. Nathan charged me $515 which I paid 6/5/23. On 8/25 after it rained, I contacted Nathan to inform him the roof still leaked. He claimed he couldn t remember the job. I sent Nathan verification of paying him via Venmo for the job. I asked Nathan to let me know when he could come back out, he said ok will do. On 9/7 I texted Nathan saying we had a lot of rain and my roof leaked worse than before pls come out. No response. 9/13 I text Nathan again saying I haven't heard from you what's the plan? Nathan says I sent a roofer out didn't he come? I said, no one came out. When I asked when that roofer was suppose to have come out, Nathan says "I'II call him". He didn't know himself and certainly didn't check up to make sure, RIDICULOUS! On 9/14 haven't heard from Nathan. I text saying don't you stand by your work and are you saying I have to pay another roofer? No response from Nathan. 9/19 Nathan texts that he(Nathan) had been out of town, but that he sent his roofer over and would contact him for diagnosis . (That s the second time Nathan SAYS he sent his roofer out AND Nathan still doesn t know anything). Nathan also says it's $120. for himself to come out as he has stated before. That s not standing behind your work! 9/20/23 Nathan shows up at my door (no call/text), followed by his roofer 30 min later. Nathan says he'll be back on the 22nd or 23rd by 9 AM. On 9/22 no show/call. On 9/23 no show/call. I text Nathen @ 2 PM that I am rescheduling, due to I was going out of town and would be back the beginning of Oct. At 2:20 Nathan texts me his roofer was going to come out . At 10 pm that nite Nathan text that his roofer just got back to him and will be at my house at 10 AM tomorrow. I told Nathan No that I already told you I rescheduled. Nathan says I (me) don't have to be home that he can send pictures and just do Venmo . I said NO! I had no trust in Nathan Riddle Services. When I got back I decided that s enough. I had already opened a complaint with Angi and Nathan knew that. So Nathan had never produced my work order(that he said he would)so I never knew what he paid for anything. So when Angi would get back to me about what Nathan was offering me back, I said no. We went back & forth I still said no I told Angi let's do arbitration. So on Friday, Oct. 13th Angi says Nathan is going to be calling to pay back my $515. Nathan called but was RUDE yelling at me telling me that I was cheating him, and if I tried to say a word, he just cut me off so I hung up. Nathan called back I answered saying keep talking to me like that and I'll hang up on you again . Nathan says I am cheating him. He didn't understand why I dealt with Angi instead of him and it was robbery what I was doing and then he hung up on me. Nathan paid me in Venmo it reads free labor, free material, ROBBERY. I tried to work with Nathan but he is unreliable, untrustworthy, poor communication skills and Rude!

Nathan installed my new kitchen faucet, took his time, did a great job & cleaned up after. He was very nice too!

Did great work, reputable and reliable!

He hung a heavy mirror in our foyer. About 5 days later, it fell off the wall and crashed to the tile floor. Mirror did not break, but frame was slightly damaged. I called him after the fall. He has not yet returned my call.

Nathan came to my house and cut some butcher block counters for my motor home. He was fast, efficient and gave me a finished project exactly as I wanted. I will definitely be using his services again.
