Actually came a day early and fixed everything on our list. Had all necessary parts on hand. Very pleasant and professional.

I was overcharged by almost $500.00. He took the old part without my permission and still has not returned it. I would like a refund of the amount that he overcharged me ($471.00). Home advisor should be able to make things right. Michaels Appliance Service is not an honest company and I will not have them repair anything else for me. Also, my recommendation to everybody for them is ZERO. Make this right, it is your business to make it right.

He makes you pay in full before any work is done and he emails you a receipt that only has the total amount paid, no breakdown for parts and labor. I have no idea if there is any kind of warranty or guarantee on the parts or labor. I have never worked with any other professional that follows these kind of practice.

Clearly knew what he was doing and was careful to present our options to fix the dishwasher. Arrived at the time agreed upon and could not have been anymore polite. He was very careful to clean up the work area after he was finished. We would use him again if we have an appliance break.

He was real fast, fair priced, great worker, and had no problems afterwards.
