Very nice young man their sales manager at the time their was small company and he came out and  gave a big sales pitch and their pitch at that point in time was tell us what your paying for electricity we'll put in solar to take you off the grid  and we'll only charge you that much per month to pay for it but for us we say we didn't care about that if we're gonna buy we're gonna buy and so we said well we got to wait until we have some money and so that's probably a couple of years ago and we said we just can't afford it at this point in time so then as time went on we said you know we're a little bit nervous of what the government is gonna do if they had a really good rebate program and there were all kinds of talks that maybe they're get rid of that and we thought you we ought to do will the rebate program is here so he called and said okay and this is the end of last year and we said before the end of the year we want to go with enough solar to takes  us off the grid so they came in and put the solar on good group, can we get off the grid they said oh the solar you have this new solar has invertors on each of the panels and it has to have power to it before they'll turn on so if it's off the grid the solar wont come on and I said wow wow that's not what we wanted, we wanted to be off the grid they said well you have to have a battery system to go with and our first system the battery was part of the whole system this one wasn't so we said oh okay so then we negotiated with them on a battery which is another few big expense but also we decided lets get that payed for before the end of the year so we could get the rebate so we paid for that and then the battery final got put in over the next six months it took him quiet a while to get here it's a Germany company the battery and so that and ours was an unusual installation because of where they put the solar in the first place on our house and where our electric power was, They came back probably at least eight or nine times to do this. They had to go in the attic three different times which meant they had to cut a hole in out ceiling to go into it and they came back and cut it again. We paid them already so that makes you real nervous after we paid them. I have to say it was a hassle for them and I'm sure they lost money on it but they were absolutely persistent in coming back coming back coming back until they got everything working and so even though they had to make half a dozen more than that maybe ten trips back they finally got it all working and it's now working superb, very great customer service.
