Description of Work: We moved into a older home that needed a new door and new windows. I called Jones Paint and Glass to get a bid. The receptionist wasn't very nice. They came out to measure. The man was very nice and professional. He said he would have the bid ready and to come to the store to pick out a door for the final price. The store associates were snooty and almost rude. They were only as helpful as they had to be. Needless to say we went somewhere else.

 + 1 moreContacted two different vendors to perform the requested work. The Glass Doctor, also in St. George said that the complete door would have to be replaced at a cost of over $1,200. They said the parts for repair were no longer available. Jone's Paint and Glass was shocked that I was told parts were no longer available. Jone's ordered repair parts. It took about two weeks to get the parts. When the repair was made the door and screen work better than ever, at only a cost of $250. Thanks to Jone's and I will recommend them to everyone.

 + -1 moreAfter they measured for the new door they told us it would take two weeks for the door to be delivered to roosevelt. Five weeks later they called to say the door was here and it would take about half an hour to install. When the installer showed up the door was the wrong size so the installer had to cut our door frame. The install took over 4 hours and the installer scratched the door he had a sales rep come out to look at the scratch. The sales rep said he would be back with touch up paint for the door. We have called twice and have never had anyone come fix the scratch. For the amount of money we paid the door is very low quality if you barely touch the screen it pops out of the door and has to be put back in the door. We are very disappointed in this purchase and will never buy from Jones Paint and Glass again.
Description of Work: They removed our old storm door measured for a new door and had to have it custom made to fit our door way.
