Intermountain Foundation Repair

A front room that is partially underground has been allowing water to seep in for years (House was built in 1935 and we have lived in it for 24 years). We have tried other methods of waterproofing (digging out crumbling wall from the inside and sealing-3 times, injecting with a polymer) with no success. I called Intermountain Foundation Repair, they had their project manager, Lloyd Carter, come the same week to look at the problem and give me an estimate. Lloyd told me what the problem was, explained the different methods he could use to stop the leaking depending on what he found once he dug out the foundation, and provided a reasonable price. We set a date, they procured all permits and showed up promptly on the day we set. The project took 2 days due to the method of sealing that had to be used, but no charges were added for a second day-the price he quoted was the price I paid. They were as careful as was possible to preserve as many shrubs in the area of digging. The soil was replaced, tamped and they cleaned the work area. I was extremely impressed with Mr. Carter's knowledge and professionalism.
