Was told many things that were never met. Installer friendly, and very good at his craft but slow and never on time. Was quoted a week from start to finish took about 3 weeks!!! Bad business management. Not very professional. I went with them to save some money but should of gone with my other quote because in the end I spent as much (on food and lodging etc) than I would of in the first place.
Description of Work: Had my kitchen, hallway, foyer, and bathrooms tiled.

We built a new home. We paid for professional installation of our laminate flooring. The installer broke, chipped and warped many of the laminate pieces. Invalidating our warranty with the manufacturer. Company refuses to fix floor that is now falling apart.
