D&M Shutters & Blinds sold us these blinds originally, and came to replace the motor. The quality of the products is pretty good. It is pretty rugged and durable - it has to withstand a lot of sun in our house. Dave when he comes up is a really nice guy. The punctuality and professionalism for me is a bit of an issue. It is difficult to get them to come up and service things.
