Description of Work: MR. GEER SUPERVISED ALL PHASES OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF MY HOME AND WAS IN ATTENDANCE FROM THE BEGINNING WHEN APPROVAL OF PLANS WAS REQUIRED BY THE HOA UNTIL THE FINAL INSPECTION WAS DONE BY THE COUNTY. VERY CONSCIENTIOUS AND HONEST. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HAVE HIM BE THE CONTRACTOR AGAIN SHOULD I EVER DECIDE TO BUILD ANOTHER RESIDENCE.

Description of Work: I did not know about Brian at the time that we built our house, but I saw how well he did when he built a neighbor's house recently. I wish Brian were the builder of all new homes in our area.

Description of Work: Brian Geer Development and Construction built a home for my family. It was completed on time and came in below "cost to build". Beautiful work done by competent sub-contractors.
