Bassett Homes completed an extensive home remodel for us.

I was refered to another architect, I sent the location of my property via. email, and asked them to call so we could discuss the project. I received no response.

It was fabulous, they did a good job. I think that the price was fair. I called them, they came out and gave me the estimate and they put it up.

I arranged the inspection over the phone and he had the property inspected about three hours later. His report was thorough and well-documented with photos of areas that needed attention. The photos and reports were complete and in my email inbox before the end of the business day. Not only did Mr. Bassett identify several problem areas but he has contacts that he recommended to fix the problems for reasonable rates. He even contacts his people and arranges for the repair. "One stop shopping" and I feel in good hands with this man. I would definitely use his services again. Additionally, he was also trusting enough to perform the services and take my personal check by US mail which will arrive several days after he did the job.
