I can't say enough great things about Maria and her team. They showed up with smiles, supplies, and were ready to go. They were in and out quickly and all of the bathrooms smelled wonderful, were cleaner than they were when we moved in, and they even wiped my baseboards. Seriously, I am thrilled and am so happy to have her come again.

Excellent! Maria responded to my message just 2 days ago and had a crew here the following Monday. They were exactly on time, worked very hard and did a quality cleaning job. Two staff working for four hours and my house hasn't been this clean in a long time! I will use this company again soon.

I had Maria and crew in a couple of weeks ago to do a deep cleaning of my apartment that was really in poor condition. I was pleased with their work, for the most part, but they broke some things and didn't bother to tell me about it. They just threw them away. I also paid them extra because they were going to take the trash that wouldn't fit in the garbage when they went. They left the trash outside my garage instead of taking it with them. I arranged for them to come back today at 9am on that day. Last night, Maria called me (as opposed to the text we agreed on) and told me that 9 wouldn't work. They had to come at 10. The cleaners showed up nearly a half hour late. If I hadn't needed the work done I'd have told them to just go. Neither of them spoke any English, and they completely ignored the instructions and requests I'd passed on to them. To add to it, they damaged an expensive cosplay I've been working on. I was too incensed to see if I can salvage the time and money I put into it, but I won't have someone who shows so little regard for my things cleaning for me.

This was the first real company that actually spoke to me and not just a text or worst NOTHING! Maria was more then responsive she was able to move her calendar around to fit our last minute emergency move out timeline. Now our daughters place will be ready for the new tenants. Great Professional Company!

They did an awesome job. Had 3 people come and did the work in 3 hours. Maria was very professional and made sure to look over everything so it was done right. I would definitely hire them again!

I contacted Maria for the $270 deep cleaning special and she was able to schedule me within a few days. She and her team arrived on time and did a beautiful and thorough job deep cleaning my 3000SF home. This was the first deep clean since we moved in the house in November after an extensive remodeling project. I liked Maria's work so much she now cleans my house every two weeks. I find her pricing to be reasonable and on par with other providers I've used in the past. She is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Maria and her team for housecleaning services.

I had another cleaner cancel the day before we were listing our house and we had eight showings scheduled. I was so delighted that Maria was available on such short notice. She was very accommodating and thorough. Her professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were very much appreciated. Our house sold the same day Maria cleaned. She did a great job and I will definitely be calling her again to come back and clean after we move out and again to come clean our new house.

Maria has been an absolute joy to work with from the beginning. She has always been very accommodating to the random days and times that I have requested her services. She is very polite, professional, and takes a genuine pride in the work of her and her staff. Maria and her staff are very detail oriented which is exactly what I need when staging short term rentals. She has been very accommodating to whatever tasks that I need done, big or small. They do a wonderful job ensuring that everything is perfect so that I can focus my attentions elsewhere. I allow Maria and her staff to enter and exit the property without my presence and they always make sure the place is spotless, the lights are turned off, and the property is secure. It was very difficult for me to find someone that would be able to perform to my high expectations and I'm very grateful I found XKDA Professional House Keeping.

The guys did a really good job. Excellent cleaning and very nice. Only thing is that the ladies don't speak English so its hard to communicate any special instructions on the day without contacting someone on the phone, but both of the ladies were really friendly and did a great job. Recommended.

We spoke on the phone and traded email and texts. I was anxious to have the cleaning before Thanksgiving, so we needed to coordinate. The owner was easy to communicate with and agreeable while in my home. So were her assistants. It was I was especially pleased with the bathroom.

Maria and her partner did a great job. They even washed marks off of some walls - which I wasn't expecting. The only downside was they were 1.5 hours late, but I would definitely hire them again.

Maria is friendly and affordable. She's also flexible and does a great job.

I have had Maria and her crew cleaning my house for months and months, and will continue using XKDA. I have used other cleaning services in the past, but once I found XKDA I have stuck with them because their quality is consistent. Maria is a gem. She is personable and friendly as well as professional and good at what she does. I've never felt judged by her even though my house is not always in a pretty state. She is dedicated to making sure you're happy with the job. Long ago, when she had different employees, some came that didn't do a very good job. She checked in with me later and when I told her I was dissatisfied, she promised to personally ensure my satisfaction, and she has stuck to that promise. She makes sure I am satisfied with the work and is personally involved in delivering a quality cleaning job. I also love that she is very flexible and always works to accommodate my scheduling. I love Maria and XKDA!

XKDA was requested to clean the main and basement levels of our home. We also asked that they do a deep cleaning of our basement area where our kids tend to hang out the most. Two ladies showed up at my home a few minutes ahead of our agreed upon time, which was wonderful as I had a commitment I had to leave for and was relieved that they respected my time! When I returned home, my house was very clean and the basement has never looked better. They were tidy and thoughtful in their work and paid attention to every detail. They are scheduled to return soon and deep clean the main level next and we are anticipating we will have the same great service! Cleaners do an amazing job, they clean my whole house weekly and I'm extremely satisfied with their work. Besides doing a great job they're super fast. I highly recommend the services of this provider.

Great. Maria and her team are great in terms of matching service and price. I try to run a pretty tight ship in terms of decluttering but her and her team are just what I need to save time. I know she does special projects too so I'm sure she could do a lot more if you needed. Every once in a while they may be running just a few minutes late BUT they know my schedule is flexible AND she always does a good job communicating. Would definitely recommend for combo of price and reliability.

Excellent job, all hands on deck. I was impressed with how spotless my home was. Floors were shiny and spotless. Kitchen stove and entire area was well done. Bathrooms were spotless. Happy with job and compared to how clean I would want to have it if I had done it myself. I would highly recommend and will use again in the future. Very responsive to my needs with competitiveness pricing.

I just started with them in January. They've done an excellent job. I'm having them do vacuuming, dusting, cleaning mirrors, bathrooms, do my floors, that kind of thing. If I get into anything larger than that like have them clean the windows and screens or I want my refrigerator cleaned out, that would be an additional charge and we would discuss it before we went forward with it. I've been very pleased with them. I pay them $150 every 2 weeks and there are usually 2 workers who come and they work in tandem, its incredible. The first time it took a little time but after that they are really fast and thorough. They've done everything I've ever asked them to do. We have agreed that they would be here between like 9:30 and 10:30 but as their business has grown, they are doing more houses and they live probably 15 or 20 miles away. So there are variables in there that I myself deal with, like traffic, that has happened to them once because it was a snow day. Any time they are going to be late, she gives me a call which I appreciate.

They provide great service and attention to detail but still work very fast! They always ask me to inspect the work before they leave and I am very satisfied.

I have been faced with some challenges lately with family health and hadn't been able to really stay on top of house cleaning. My mom uses the service and decided she would treat me to a house cleaning to help. It was exactly what I needed. They were able to come in and quickly get to work. They work so well together and do a very thorough job. I was so impressed by the work that I have decided to keep them on a regular basis. I look forward to them coming and each and every time. These ladies are AMAZING!!!! Every month they come into my home to clean. They have a standard cleaning routine that they normally do. Each month they rotate either wiping baseboards, windows & blinds or wiping cabinets and door jams. They are fast, they are kind and they are very respectful of our home. My mothers health hasn't been good and they work around her if needed. We always look forward to them coming! WE LOVE THEM! I highly recommend them for your housecleaning needs.

Both housekeepers work continuously until the job is complete. I have used this company since January 6, 2016 and every two weeks thereafter. After the first visit, they have arrived at my home and gone straight to tackling the tasks that we set up on their first visit. Small job have arisen and they have fulfilled them at my request. We agreed that if I wanted larger tasks done, i.e., clean refrigerator, wash windows, etc., we would negotiate a price for those things. I believe this is fair and reasonable. When it is time for Spring cleaning I intend on employing their services for those bigger jobs. I recommended this company to my daughter, who now uses their services. I highly recommend this company for housecleaning services and I am so delighted that I found them.
