They provided a very good deep cleaning just prior to moving in to a house we had purchased. Happy with the results, and would use again.

The closing on our house was moved up an entire week and we wanted to have the house sparkling clean for the new owners and had a serious time crunch. Maria and her team were, quite honestly, simply AMAZING. I'm not certain how they did it, but they showed up and worked like magicians to make our kitchen and bathrooms in our old Victorian house sparkle like they were brand new. I can not thank them enough. They are responsible, honest, hard working and actually do what they say they're going to do. We hope to be able to have them come and clean our new house once we actually unpack because they really know how to deep clean and that's the kind of cleaning you want to have.

Maria came to my home and gave me a very reasonable quote for a deep clean. One of staff showed up right on time and got to work. I was expecting another person to come help. However two of Maria’s staff called in sick so she came herself. This despite the fact that her father had just died in California and she had to fly there tomorrow. They worked for six and a half hours and the place looks terrific. I will gladly use her services for regular cleaning. AAA rating from me.

These ladies did an excellent job. There were certain parts of the house that I thought would be a challenge especially the stove and they made it all shine. The price was great and the service was even better. The owner kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. I will use this company in the future for all my housekeeping needs. I would highly recommened them to anyone who needs professional housekeeping services.

Excellent job with everything. The two women arrived slightly late due to rush hour traffic, but moved right in, and after my english-only directions, deciphered everything, worked continuously without me trying to manage anything, and finished up with superior performance. I am very happy.

We have several dogs and cats and lots of traffic in our home on a daily basis. The ladies showed up promptly and worked very hard for 9 several hours. The ladies were friendly and wasted no time getting our home cleaned. I was so impressed with their work that I have hired them on a twice weekly basis going forward. Maria was very responsive and I found her pricing is fair. I highly recommend this company!

Maria and her team were fabulous. With less than 24-hour notice, they showed up and worked from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. They scrubbed every surface, every drawer, inside and outside of the refrigerator, oven, and all appliances. They were very thorough and happy to go above and beyond. They even scrubbed intake air vents on the floor with small brushes! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them highly.

The ladies were courteous and thorough. The place looked great afterward. There was a bit of a mix up with the original date for cleaning, but it worked out fine in the end.

Services needed to be rescheduled twice. There was a slight language communication problem.

They did a great job, there were a few small things they missed, but they easy fixed that after I showed them.

Fine until she tried to charge me $120 more than what she said it would be. I also wasn't happy with the cleaning. Stairs weren't vacuumed and both bathrooms still dirty. I called her company on a sunday afternoon, She promptly returned my phone call and I was scheduled within a couple of days. I told her my mom was moved out and that the house needed to be cleaned for the new owners. I told her I had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office and a front and living room, along with the kitchen. She said that for $200 she would clean everything. I asked her twice if she wanted to come and give me an estimate. She said that for $200 she would wipe down the shelves, walls light fixtures wall plates and vacuum. She would clean the windows and all the rooms in the house. I thought GREAT!!! other reviews said the paid $300 to over a $1000 to have either a move out or move in cleaning done. There was no furniture to move around the upstairs was empty. I set the appointment. She asked that I text her the address and my name along with the appointment date and time. We agreed on Wednesday, three days later. First of all, The girls were late, supposed to be there at 9am but were about 20 minutes late. I texted her asking if she was still coming, the girls arrived when she was texting me back. I showed the 2 girls around, they asked me twice if the basement needed to be done but it didn't, just the stairs. One didn't speak any English and the other very little. She told me it would be about 5-6 hours. I needed to run some errands so we exchanged numbers and I told her to call me when they were almost done. I left, at about 4:15pm I got a text from Maria saying the girls were waiting for me outside and that it would be $320 dollars. I called her back and told her I was about 15-20 minutes away and that the agreed price was $200 not $320. She said that the girls had worked hard all day and that she quoted me between $270 -$320.depending how long it took. I went over our conversation reminding her that I was quoted $200 not a price range. I told her my mom had already written the check and that she was on her way back east. She said again that the girls worked really hard. I said I would try and see if I could come up with another $50. She said ok. I got to the house, the girls were out side I gave them the check , she asked if it was $200 or $220, is said that it was $200 and that was the price Maria and I agreed on. She called Maria, she spoke with me and questioned that other $50, I told try that I would try and come up with another $50 but couldn't. She argued with me some more about how the girls had worked hard all day. I kept repeating that $200 was the agreed price not between any price range. We said goodbye. The girls left. I started looking around the house, things looked good until you looked around the edges. It wasn't cleaned to my or my moms standards. The stairs weren't done at all and the bathrooms still had mold. I will now have to clean it properly. Also one of them had left cooked ramen noodles on the driveway, like she was eating lunch and put it on the ground, maybe for the neighbors cat. Still another mess for me to clean up. I was disappointed and now pressed for time to get it cleaned before Sears was coming to clean the carpets in 2 days. Not happy.

Maria's team did a good job of cleaning. She gave us a very reasonable estimate and stuck to it. She returned our phone calls promptly, and got our job scheduled in a timely manner. Place looked great!

I was quoted a price over the phone of $65-70. The 2 cleaners who came did a good job on what they did clean (they only spent 1.5 hours cleaning a 1500 sq ft home minus 2 rooms which they did not touch). However, when they were finished they asked me how it looked and was there anything else that needed to be done. After I inspected I noticed that all the pictures, shutters and other areas had not been dusted and they gladly completed the dusting. I was then charged $80 by the owner Maria (who did not come with the crew and all contact with her was done via text messaging), with the explaination "they had not been out for a while" (they had never cleaned my home before but did do a pre-move in on a rental last October). After they left I saw that they never opened any doors nor lifted anything up off the kitchen or bathroom counters and these areas where still dirty.

Maria's crew did a great job. She was very accommodating for us as I called that morning and she had a crew to our house by early afternoon on the same day. She returned my phone calls quickly and was very efficient to respond by text message as well. I would recommend their services again.

Great. We have used them twice and they have been great. Cleaning job was fast, yet top notch. Rambler first floor of 2300 sq ft 2 bath, bedroom, study, front room, kitchen/dining, family, and utility room was done by two people in 75 minutes. We have arranged to use this service on a regular basis. I only marked punctuality "fair" as even though they were prompt the first time, the 2nd time they were 45 minutes late from the agreed upon time. Not to worry, things happen so we didn't question them as to why; their quality of service way outweighs that issue.

We are new clients of Maria and have just moved to the area. Our house is brand new and Maria listened very carefully to how I wanted items cleaned. Also, we have a very big dog and she was especially accommodating of her. The crew were very thorough. Maria stayed throughout the whole first time cleaning. Also, we will have the same crew each time which makes it easier for me as I don't have to introduce a new crew to the house every time. We will be using her service again. Thanks, Maria.

Maria and her crew were fantastic!!! came right on time. cleaned the house beautifully. took pressure off of me so i could get other things done. The whole crew was happy and worked hard .Will definitely call them again.

Great service and communication. When Maria knew she would be a few minutes late she texted me to let me know. When the house was dirtier than expected and she needed extra time, she suggested options for getting the job done and executed excellently. The quality of the deep clean was fantastic.

Had high hopes after reading other reviews. I had two workers for two and a half hours. Language barrier was a huge problem. It's hard to tell someone what needs done, or ask questions, when they can't understand a word I'm saying. While they were here they did work hard. However, the quality of work was less than desirable for a deep clean. They even broke a wastebasket and didn't let us know. I was quoted, by Maria, $180 for a 3 bed, 2 bath home. I was charged $250. If you notice, they have a deal for 8 hours of work for $240. They may be good for small, basic jobs but I do not recommend for deep clean, certainly not at this price.
