I called this outfit twice, once on 1/3/2013 and once on 1/4/2013 , all I got is a female voice that tells me that Michael cant come to the phone and leave, I left twice a message. I did but no reactions at all. Needles to say I will newer call this outfit again.

We purchased a new home and the previous owner lost the keys so we had no key to our new home. I called Thomas Lock and Key, answered a few questions and he gave me an estimate/quote over the phone!!! I called others who would not give an estimate without coming out first so that was a pleasant surprise. We scheduled the appointment for re-key of all locks. He arrived on time was was friendly and professional answered all my questions and got right to work. He took his time and did not rush through the job which I appreciated. After evaluation we determined two of the door knobs were in bad condition and he was able to install the new door knobs I purchased as well. He re-keyed a total of 10 locks and made keys for me right on site. I recommend him and will use him again if the need should arise. Excellent Experience =)

Overall, Mr. Thomas provided a short consult, which was all that was needed. I got a second opinion from someone who installed mortise locks, whom we luckily found in another city. During Mr. Thomas' consult, I felt comfortable with his knowledge of regular locks and would not hesitate to call him again for other more common lock problems.

Stopped by in advance to make sure that the new deadbolts would be compatible with the existing locks. Was punctual and worked on installing the locks quickly. Nice to work with. I would not hesitate to call again.

He did a great job. He answered right away and we set up an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time and finished quickly. He took the time to fix the hole depth that the builder missed and explained everything to me. He also had the lowest bid of the three locksmiths I called.

Mr. Thomas came and gave me an estimate within a day of my initial phone call. He arrived on time and performed the service in a timely, professional manner. The cost matched the initial estimate.

He quickly came and opened the door for the tenant and replaced the lock.
