Gunner did a outstanding work on a deck tear out and replace job, so I decided to give him more work. I contacted him in July and was told he was busy two months out, not a problem for me. In the interim to get estimates for the costs and firm up the schedule we made two different appointments for him to come review the job, he never showed up. The two months out time window pass in Sept, never heard from him again. Sad, his workmanship was good, I paid his full asking price on the deck work he did.

We had a tight fit for installing a walk-in tub, overall it looks great. Great Job. Just fits. Our tiling job was superb and a real upgrade for us. Gunnar was always on-time and got right to work. Very diligent and knowledgeable to work with. Highly recommend Hanson Home Works.

I purchased 3 hours with them for $169 I had 4 slab interior doors that i needed installed and Kyle stayed an extra hour to make sure that all the doors I had were installed with no extra cost. I was very impressed with the service and the willingness to do the extra work to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely hire them again in the near future.

Everything that Mr. Hansen did was of a great quality with dedication to make the project a success. After installation, my icemaker did not work and after much dedication to be thorough, Mr. Hansen even contacted the manufacturer of the fridge in order to determine what the problem was and after being on the telephone for almost an hour talking with their customer service, it was determined that I have a problem with the fridge's dispensing system and needed to make a service call to them. Everything Mr. Hansen did was above and beyond in an effort to get my icemaker and water dispenser working problem so I have to give him kudos for that because he had done everything possible to get it working. It was a great effort and I will hire him again if needed.

Gunnar & crew did an excellent job, quality workmanship on the deck tearout and replacement. Came when he said he would. They hauled off the tearout and cleaned up when they were finished. He quoted a fair price and I paid for excellent work. I will use his services again.

Gunnar was amazing. I could not have asked for a better person, he was up front and honest about his time and costs, incredibly punctual, clean and respectful of our home (he even answered all my toddler's questions when he was working), all while providing quality work in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor. He took care when disassembling our old cabinets so they were able to be re-purposed, removed and installed new windows, knocked down a wall, installed new lighting, new flooring, a kitchen island, new electrical work, moved cabinets and did the back splash.

My kitchen looks gorgeous. Mr. Hanson and his assistant were always there when they said they'd be. Very courteous and hard working. If something wasn't right he would get it right. Very professional. He did a fantastic job on my kitchen. Would definitely have him come again.

I hired Gunnar to replace my deck and fix a leak below the deck in my basement window. Waited to post a review until I was sure the leak was fixed. Gunnar did a superb job. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Strong recommendation for him. He had really good ideas that helped in the process also.

Gunnar and his assistant did a great job! They were on time, if not early, to start the work. Even with a broken air conditioner they did a great job getting through the heat to get the work done. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly everything got done and we were very satisfied with the workmanship. Gunnar is an excellent carpenter.

There doesn't seem to be anything he doesn't know how to do. He's super nice and super courteous. He also shows up early and stays late. IT's like a dream!

There was not additional cost but they didn't do that great of a job. I thought the owner was good it was the helper guy that sucked. They could have contacted me instead of me contacting them. The owner was great but his help was not.

It went great and the work done looks fantastic. I bought the 6 Hour/Master Carpenter deal and it was a bargain. A true professional ... very skilled and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Gunnar showed up on time and spent the day doing various jobs listed above and worked around my 8 month old twins schedule. When they needed to sleep, he worked on quieter projects throughout the house. He asked me where I would like to put the furniture, gates, and cabinet. Gunnar also cleaned up the areas in which he worked with a shopvac. I appreciated that as I have had other workers come in my home and either forget or not clean up after themselves. I did have to go over some areas again with a vacuum since dust and debris gets everywhere. I would definitely hire Gunnar again to do other odd jobs around my home and intend to later on in the new year.

I called Gunnar and told him I needed an estimate ASAP. He scheduled a time to meet within two days and showed up right on time. It's nice to see this level of service. I would call again.

I scheduled a time to have the contractor come in an give us a bid. No show, no text, no phone call. When I finally reached him an hour later to find out, if he's planning to show up, I got an irritated response that he's still at another job site. I understand things come up, but a heads up would have been a professional thing to do.

Highly recommended. We had a grabag of small household projects. Mr. Hanson worked through the list very efficiently and effectively. He was knowledgeable with regard to the list of tasks that we had for him, and he did quality work. We were especially impressed with the drywall repair he completed, in particular his ability to match the existing texture. He was also quite pleasant to deal with.
