Hanson Home Works is a full service general contractor with over 30 years of experience building, renovating, restoring, remodeling and finishing all types of homes and rooms. We guarantee our work and are fully insured with general liability and workers compensation. No project is too small for us and we take special care to ensure you are satisfied with the results. Description of Work: They told they could perform a service but were booked for about a month. I contacted them after 3 weeks they then said they couldn't do the job which put me 3 weeks behind in getting the work done. I believe that you shouldn't make commitments you are unable to keep.

Description of Work: They debited our account immediately with the promise to get back to us within a few days to set up an appointment. They have never gotten back to us. I should not have to hound them to provide a service that we have already paid for. My next move will be to call and request a refund.

This is not our company. I do not know who you are. I do not operate that way. Typically I may take a small percentage at the beginning of a job to buy materials, but I do not 'debit' clients. I sincerely appeal to you to change this review and write it for the actual contractor that did this despicable disservice to you.

Description of Work: Gunnar remodeled both bathrooms in my small condo. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. His prices were more than fair for the work. I purchased most of the materials beforehand (tile, vanity, toilet, etc.) I would not hesitate to use his services again and now that I've moved to a new house, I certainly will in the near future.

I am sorry your experience with me was not what you desired. If I remember, you had the stairway you wanted moved. I am not a design build firm, nor do I advertise design. I do recall that I never completed a bathroom estimate. I think that's because you seemed so uninterested in what I told you. I apologize for wasting your time (and mine).
