Absolute Comfort made my needs a priority. They got my new air conditioning unit, set up same day. They are very professional and care about your comfort. I am very pleased with the Quality of service. I highly recommend Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning.

Absolute Comfort showed up within a few hours of contact and was going to simply perform a diagnostic. The problem was so easily fixed he went ahead and fixed it. He then presented me with two optioons. 1. Pay $159.00 (I think that's right) to just pay for the diagnosis and repair outright. or 2. Sign up for a years worth of monitoring and service for $15.99/month. Since our furnace is now 15 years old this seemed to be the best option.

Mustache guy is my hero! We decided to get a new HVAC company & it was the BEST DECISION EVER! I was fed up with the company recommended by our home insurance carrier after three winters of our furnace out more than it was working, while being nickel&dimed to death, being stood up, shamed, and literally shouted at... so I got a second opinion and was horrified to learn our furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger and for our safety the gas had to be shut off. The original company said they'd be back in *three weeks* to give us a quote. With freezing weather approaching, and me with a serious heart condition I was DONE! I reached out to Absolute Comfort and got a response immediately. When Carrie learned our circumstances, she offered to have someone come out that very night. I deeply appreciate her compassionate understanding. Kristopher came and evaluated the broken furnace, took measurements and assessed the situation, explained the options and made recommendations for getting the best airflow and performance for both heating and cooling in our home. It showed that he really had listened to our family's needs and concerns. We deeply appreciate Kristopher's integrity and honesty. Grateful for his knowledge, experience and genuine passion for the hvac technology. What really mattered to us the most was reliable service we can trust & quality equipment with a good warranty. It's a relief to know that Amana has a lifetime warranty. The service plan really made me happy and gave my husband peace of mind. Of all the companies we got proposals from, Absolute Comfort had the best financing, and very competitive pricing. They quickly handled the paperwork for our insurance adjuster. I was soo relieved to have someone take immediate action. Then, when an earlier install date opened up, Kristopher reached out and got us scheduled earlier. WOW! Thank you! Jon, Brycen and Rich came today and did the install for the new Furnace and AC. It was such a great experience! They each seemed to really care about the quality of their work, and showed our home care and respect. They kept us apprised of the progress throughout the day. Loved seeing how well they worked as a team. Once everything was installed, Jon showed us how to use the equipment and answered all of our questions. Shortly after they left we got an error message on the smart thermostat. Brycen returned straight away, and fixed it. No excuses, delays or run-around... just simply here taking care of it. Absolutely know we made the right choice. Tonight I sleep comfortably, warm and safe, knowing we have a team of professional compassionate people here for us if we need. Highly recommend. ð ð ð ð ð

Tony came and quickly diagnosed my A/C condenser problem, replaced the capacitor, charged me a very fair price and got my air conditioning working again. Afterwards my wife commented on how surprised she was that it was fixed already!

The company showed up on time. They ere very professional in the work they did. Kept me informed of what they were doing on the furnace install. Cleaned up the area they were working in. Went over the furnace showed me how everything works. I would hire this company again.

This was the best well rounded company that I could find. The lady was amazing scheduling our appointment. She made sure to tell me about there club. Which in my mind is so awesome of an idea. They seem like they truly care about there customers. The guy who come to do the inspection was so cool. He would show and tell me about my fireplace. He even went as far as cleaning up my chimney and making it look like new. This company goes above and beyond. I don't think I could have asked for better help!

My furnace went out on a cold morning. Absolute Comfort found a place for me in their schedule and had someone at my house within hours. The Service Rep was prompt and very informative. Got my furnace fixed and running and changed the filter for me while he was at it. They'll be my first call for any future problems.

They didn't try to sell me something I may not need. Instead, they brought my A/C back up to specs, and said let's check it again next year and see how it is holding out.

Brycen and Ashton were very professional in taking care of my A/C. Brycen was able to answer all of my technical questions and what to do regarding the services for next year. Very helpful and I highly recommend their services. Nice to have a good experience with this company. Absolutely great!
