home inspection
+ -1 moreOur home inspector said that it would take four hours. He was done in a bout two hours. He said our house was so clean and tight that he finished early and knocked off $50.00. We were pleased at the time but later learned that the plumbing had problems and the AC didn't even work.
Description of Work: Cameron Pool did and inspection on a home we were looking to buy. After a quick inspection he told us it was the best inspection he had ever seen. We were pleased and bought the home. After a few days of living in the house, the basement flooded and the air conditioner did not work. He said it must have broke after he left and he wouldn't do anything about it. Of course. We are now left fighting over who is responsible paying thousands of dollars in damages.
