"They may be good for office and home cleaning, I can not rate on that. I hired him to clean up a warehouse that a tenant was in for 20 years making soap. The price seemed high but I knew it was dirty. $1680, and they were there for about 4 hours. I called them back and he did return and spent another few hours there. My new tenant ended up renting a floor scrubber and for $500 and spent the weekend to get it clean."
