I've never been less impressed with a company - I never write negative reviews and gave Billy every opportunity to make things right, but he didn't, so I thought I'd better warn everyone else. I hired them in the spring of 2023 to mow/trim/edge. They showed up WITHOUT A MOWER. I requested my lawn to be mowed, and they showed up without a mower and instead weed-whacked it until it was bald. What kind of landscaping company shows up without a mower? They tried to edge the sidewalk, and I'm pretty sure a 5-year-old could have done a better job. I wish I could attach pictures because it's comical. They never sent an invoice, and I just thought they knew what an awful job they did and decided against charging me for it. Fast forward to November, and I get a text message saying my bill is past due. Tried calling the owner, but he refused to answer and would only text me. I sent him the pictures of my lawn and said I wouldn't be paying the full amount, and he threatened to sue me. I ended up paying the full amount, with him promising me they would come out and fix everything in the spring. They never came, and now they will not get back to me. Good luck trying to talk to him on the phone. His employees are ruining people's yards, and I wanted to talk to him (politely) about it. He didn't want to hear it, so now you get to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to pay over $300 for a trashed yard.

They came out the first time after poor communication from the employee Brock. He told me that it would be $275 to mow my lawn as a one time service to see if they could earn my business as a weekly customer. After they left, I noticed that they did not edge or trim anything and the lawn was cut completely unevenly. They did my big property in 40 min when I was charged for an hour. On my cameras, I can see them speeding through the lawn at running pace. I told Brock I was not satisfied with my service, and wanted to speak with a manager or owner before paying the second payment. This is when he informed me that I should just buy my own lawn mower, and that I was not worth a managers time. He informed me that Billy (the owner) was much worse than him to deal with, and that I certainly wouldn’t want that. Brock then threatened to leave grass clippings on my property if I did not pay him THAT DAY. He continued to deny my request to talk to someone else and his solution was to leave grass on my property. I reached out to the guy I spoke to first (Chris) to let him know how his employee was treating me. Although he said it was not acceptable, he continued to defend Brock. Chris agreed to come out and take a look at the property to address my concerns. Chris never came and looked at the property. Instead, he told me that they would just redo the job and do it right. The second crew came to redo the job and did not even mow half of my property. They also did not edge a single line, however they did weed whack some taller areas around trees. Before they left, I went outside to speak with Chris. He told me that they had mowed the lawn around the house (which they did not). He then admitted his guilt by telling me to “just pay him $100 and call it a day”. I told him I would like to speak with Billy and again he denied. He proceeded to threaten me with small claims court if I did not.

Very friendly crew, did a professional job, will use them again.

2nd year Grass clumps left behind, black tire marks on concrete, vinyl fence gateway, damaged sprinkler heads, and NO CALLBACKS

We hired Yard Pro in the summer of 2021 and they did a great job. However, in 2022 we have had nothing but problems and the owner has failed to respond to issues even when photos were sent. The attached photos were taken 3 days after their most recent visit. They missed mowing a large swath of the backyard and left numerous lawnmower circular “scalp marks” in the front & backyard. We have tried to talk to the person who does their weed-eating throughout the summer because they scalped the lawn so short between our flagstone that the grass actually died in several areas. Our lawn has never looked so bad. We reached out on Friday and ask the owner to come out and have a look at the condition the lawn was left in and got no response. Today is Monday and we reached out again and received no response. Instead we received a refund via Venmo canceling their services for the remainder of the season (that was pre-paid). This is honestly the most unprofessional customer service we have ever dealt with and we’ve had our lawn maintained for over 16 years. Do yourself a favor and find another landscape maintenance company. This place shouldn’t even be in business! They do not care about their customers and their new crew does terrible work.

We have used Yard Pro for a few years. Quality of service has continually declined. They leave black marks on our white vinyl fence, forget to show up, walk in the gravel to trim and I have to go out after every mow to pick up gravel out of the lawn. Finally this week they put a hole in our fence with their weedwacker kicking up a rock. If that weren't bad enough, one of the crew urinated on our house, our adult daughter took pictures and a video of him walking away from the area he peed on. When I contacted Yard Pro, their response was: I am sorry about them urinating but I can't see how the hole in the fence can be from us when small mowers are being used? They have refused to answer for either incident. Needless to say we won't be using this irresponsible company again, ever.

BEWARE BEWARE. This company damaged my brand new vinyl fence. When I called to talk to the owner about it he would not call me back. After weeks of phone calls unanswered and multiple texts sent still no reply. Then they just stopped coming to mow my lawn. No phone call to say why and still no answer to my multiple phone calls and texts to see why they were a no show. But this seems to be how this company does business according to other reviews with the same problem. Seems to be another business that screws over there customers. They also did a poor job. I had to ask them to trim closer to flower beds and they set the mower so high it barley cuts the grass

This is the second year we've used them.

We switched to Yard Pro last year for our weekly mowing and maintenance and they did a great job. Will definitely use them again this year.

Last year I purchased a lawn aeration/fertilizer package. from Yard Pro. They came right out and took care of the aeration. The person told me that somebody else would come out in the next couple of days to fertilize the lawn. They never came. What was most frustrating and disappointing is that no one at the company would return my call. They wouldn't answer their phone so I had to leave many messages asking what was going on. But still, absolutely NO response. I sent emails - no response. I went to the BBB. They started an inquiry but Yard Pro wouldn't even respond to them. They never did come back to fertilize my lawn. I ended up having to pay someone else to fertilize it. I'm extremely disappointed with the dishonesty of the company and their complete lack of common courtesy and ethics. Garn Arnold

I am super impressed with Billy and his crew over at Yard Pro! They do an excellent job maintaining my yard and removing my snow. Also they don't charge me outrageous prices . I have used them for several years and never hesitate to refer them to my family and friends.

They did great. I use them for the entire mowing season.

They come on a Friday. It costs about $30 a week or $120 a month. I am not going to use them any more, actually. I think I found them through Angie's List. They had lots of good reviews, but I think it is poor communication. My next door neighbor uses them as well. We did have a miscommunication and the guy that is in charge is darn near impossible get hold of. Otherwise they are highly reliable showing up on time.

Not interested in mowing every other week.

Fine. Wayne Sharp is personable. Really not much to say about the job. It was not a big deal.

We have had them and I will keep having them because they are really good. They do our yard every week.

This is a big company. They are very efficient and on time. They use a ride on mower which makes them fast. They cut the lawn very short and came every Thursday whether it was raining or not. The price was very reasonable. I used them for the month of April this year, but cancelled because I didn't like the big mower on my lawn. I have a small yard and when they were done, the lawn did not look smooth because of the larger tires. If you have a large lawn or are a business this would be a great company for you.

Very professional. These guys have the tools to do the job right and efficiently. Apparently the package is priced according to lot size, so my fee was $99 for a quarter acre lot. I would use them again.

I really wanted to like them. When they first came and for several months afterwards, they seemed to be doing a great job. The fact that they kept hitting the sprinkler heads was problematic, and if I called, they would fix them. It started to happen so often, my son would fix them so my sprinklers would work when needed. I know they are a big company, and the time spent was approximately 12 to 13 minutes for the front and back lawn. They were always courteous. However, on their last visit, they hit a sprinkler head with such force that it made a tremendous noise. I thought something had hit the house. One of the workers went flat on the ground to see where the sprinkler had broken and he fixed it with what I think he had available. My son later said it was not the correct sprinkler head and would have watered in a semi-circle only. We kept finding little plastic pieces of the sprinkler all over the front yard and in the front garden. I felt that they had a certain amount of lawns they needed to mow in a prescribed amount of time and didn't feel that they could spend much time on any particular lawn. I began to feel as if they really did not want to come and didn't care much about the lawn, so we asked them not to come back this year.

Loved coming home from work every Thursday to a perfectly cut and edged lawn! Didn't have the time to do these things myself this year and I could always count on Yard Pro to get the job done week after week.

The quality of work is good, and I feel like I get what I've paid for, making the summer/fall service a good value. Business owner usually responds quickly to emails and schedules services quickly, which is very convenient. I plan to hire the business for winter snow removal and will probably continue to use their services next year. I have had to monitor (more closely than I would like) what services are actually completed. In a single instance, my lawn wasn't mowed because the weather was too hot and my lawn too dry. Although I appreciated the good judgement, I was still billed for mowing. Another time I had requested lawn aeration, and neither was it performed nor was I billed for the service.

They said they would be there around 8:00 in the morning and they were there right at 8:00. There was only one guy so that was a concern because of all the work that needed to be done in the yard. He told me that even though there was only one of him it would be done in less time quoted for the job. He cleared out flower beds and even cleared out a rather large veggie garden area. Bushes were trimmed and of course the grass cut. He did a beautiful job, and as stated, finished up in less time! I have decided to use this provider for all my yard work next year. Well worth the money and most of all my time! I highly recommend them!

The Yard Pro team have been great. They showed up weekly and made our lawn look amazing. All interactions and correspondence with Billy have been fast and professional. I Look forward to another great year of their service. You won't regret entrusting your lawn to them.

Billy and his crew are the absolute BEST! I can't say enough great things about them. I have looked forward to seeing them every Wednesday morning, faithfully. Never ever, ever, has there been a problem. I work a second job at a home and improvement store and I gladly try to send referrals their way! The BEST service in Utah! DJM

Bill Davis and his crew do an outstanding job. They come weekly during mowing season are in quickly and leave the area clean and neat. They cut opposite directions each week to avoid a permanent pattern in the lawn. Outstanding service!
