Gary worked well and efficiently. He arrived before us and viewed the whole home, and then did a walk-through with us afterwards. He was on the roof, in the attic, and in the crawl space checking everything. During the walk-through, he pointed out many things of concern and even gave simple fixes to small problems. He was nice and easy to talk to and even made jokes here and there. He is very upfront and lets you know that if there are things in the home, they won't be moved. He gave recommendations for what to test for (radon and meth), but we tested for those as well as mold. He emailed us quickly upon receiving the results from the lab. Whenever we needed to contact him, he was quick to reply whether it was by phone, email, or text. He was very trustworthy and we would definitely use his services again!
