Randy, the owner, came out to give the estimate and signed a contract to replace, not just repair, my leaky skylight. He ensured me that his people would do a great job. He assessed the problem that the skylight needed replacing from the base of the roof in its entirety. When his workers arrived, Jason, the guy in charge, said that the roof was quite brittle so they recommended just replacing the skylight dome itself and then seeing if this fixed the problem. He left instructions to call if it didn't fix the leak and that they would come back and replace it completely if that was the case. Of course, when it continued to leak, I contacted both Randy and Jason, both of whom were either rude or dismissive of me and never came back to fix the leak, after taking my money. Jason was especially rude and threatening - I have his text messages to prove it. He made up that he had a witness present during our conversation, even though his "witness" was out in the roof playing music while the two of us were inside looking up at the skylight. Don't believe a word they say. Please don't use Mountainland, anyone else would be better. I never leave reviews but in this case I wanted to get the message out.

all service provided was excellent, from initial measuring and quoting, to discussing financing to the installation. Incredibly professional and VERY inexpensive. We love the windows and there have been no problems.

Everyone was extremely friendly and went the extra mile, from the initial salesman Randy to the people that did the work, especially Jerry. I am beyond pleased. The company Allside that provided the material itself was even in on it, and had their representatives come out and ask how I liked it and if everything was going as it should be. I am a widow and it was so nice to be taken care of in such an honest manner.

Contacted over a month ago and gave them specific requests for what we needed for custom window work. The company confirmed that they could do the work we needed. The company called us multiple times (to an annoying and disruptive extent, in fact) to schedule appointments with us over the course of the month. When we were finally able to be home for the estimate, we scheduled an appointment a week in advance. The company called 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, confirming the date and time. At the time of the appointment, we waited 45 minutes; no one from the company showed up or called. We ended up calling the company to inquire about where the people were to give us the promised estimate, and we were informed that there had been a miscommunication, and the company does not actually perform the type of custom work that we need. Not doing the custom work is fine -- we would've chosen a different company a month ago. However, promising that the work is available, pestering a potential customer with many phone calls to set up an estimate, confirming the estimate appointment, but then not showing up and not calling because -- the morning of the scheduled estimate -- the workers discovered that the requested work is not something they do, is unacceptable.
