DAVE BESS PLUMBING & HEATING

What struck me most about Dave when I first met him and got his first bid was a feeling that he was completely honest. We called him because we had a pipe that was leaking at our rental property. He said that he wouldn't change it if it were a hot water pipe, but since it was a cold water pipe it could eventually burst. He looked around and commented about the old piping, saying that he wasn't sure what our financial situation was, but that we might consider gradually updating the pipes as they may present problems down the line. I liked the fact that he didn't try to push us into anything just to make a buck. We have called him every time we needed plumbing done. He is prompt, professional, and always cleans up after himself. We trust him so much that we just leave the door open now for him to let himself in. His wife handles the scheduling and she is incredibly sweet and accommodating. We definitely will continue to work with Dave Bess and we give him the absolute highest recommendation. The only problem is that he says he's beginning to slow down as he gets older! I don't know what we'll do when he does eventually retire.

This guy is so meticulous that he puts covers on his shoes before coming into the house. He has been a plumber for years, and has a stock of parts that even the supply stores don't stock.
