Crystal Clean Vents was great to work with. They offered detailed information about our duct system and why it was filled with sand and bid the project out at a reasonable price. I got bids from other companies who were way overpriced. Crystal Clean Vents showed up on time and did a very thorough job. My basement ducts were full of sand and they were able to remove all the sand and identify the problem areas with their cameras. The gaps were covered with a thick coat of rhino lining to prevent sand from getting into the ducts again. I highly recommended these guys.

It was a big big house and they did it great, Randy is a nice guy and I would recommend them. He was very nice and I really like the service.

I am a very detailed person and expect to get what I pay for and they definitely exceeded my expectations. Randy is very customer friendly and easy to work with and explaining if full detail what they were going to do and how it was going to work. I only had a problem with one vent that my daughter peed in (in her room, we are potty training). Randy contacted me the very next day and discussed different options. He was very professional, very open and honest about what services could be offered, but also made a suggestion about what I could try on my own. I would definitely recommend Randy and his team.

Working with Randy and Crystal Clean Vents was a wonderful experience! Randy was on time, kind and clean! You would think that air vent cleaning would stir up a lot of dust and potentially create a mess in the home, but Crystal Clean Vents has this down to a science and after they were done you wouldn't have even known they were there! Randy was also very friendly and he did a great job explaining what they were doing and why. That experience left me feeling very confident that these guys were doing the job right!
