Description of Work: Personnel was gracious, completed required tasks. They had a very flexible schedule. (sometimes, Thursday, sometimes Friday) Billing cycle was irregular.

Description of Work: This company used to be very responsive and very good. Then the owner handed management over to an employee and service went rapidly downhill. I have tried to work with this company but they have become very unreliable in all yard services other than lawn cutting, which they do regularly and very well. The employed manager is disorganized and unresponsive much of the time. In addition the company is finding it difficult to hire people to weed so that my yard became a mess over several weeks. I am considering moving to another company for my yard work.
