BUTLER PLUMBING & HEATING

This is the second time I've used Butler (Dan). I called and requested a quote. Based on my schedule Dan agreed to the date and was flexible with the time. He agreed to call me when he was 30 minutes away for our residence, so that I could leave work and meet him at my house rather than have to wait and be sitting at the house for a 4 hour window (like what some other companies require). Dan came out and evaluated the job to be done and called me with a estimate within an hour of leaving my house. His quote as half the amount of a previous quote that we recieved by a different company. He explained how he would complete the job and was open to my questions and concerns. He was honest with his availablity and explained the earliest he could complete the job would be a week and a half. This was not an issue for us since there was no urgency. The day before our appointment time, Dan called to confirm that we still wanted the work completed and he confirmed his arrival time. The day of the service request, he arrived 5 minutes early, gave an appoximate compeltion time and was curtious about wanting to keep my house clean (I gave permission to walk through the house since the gate to our backyard is very far from the area to be worked on). He completed the job quickly, left the work area very clean, with no mess in the house either. Since he had to turn off the gas, he ensured that the water heater, furnace, and fireplace pilot lights were up and running upon turning the gas back on. He even connected the BBQ to the line and tested the BBQ grill. We will absolutely use him again.

They were very good and I would hire them again. They were very prompt and clean.
