I called Bullett and a receptionist answered. She hooked me up with a technician that came out that day to do an estimate. The estimate came back at $400, which included two security lights ($125 each) and the company's hourly rate for the work. I asked for an Angie's List discount, and they gave me one. I also asked if they would let me purchase the light fixtures so I could save on the cost, so they gave me a referral to a good brand and I bought them myself (each were about $50 dollars at Home Depot, and they were the most expensive ones in the line so buying the fixtures yourself will save you money. Just don't go cheap, I got metal ones and not plastic). I set up a time for them to come in the next week, and the guy doing the work emailed me to make sure I would be home between 9:00 am and 10:00 am on that Friday. He came at 9:30, and it took him less than an hour. He was very quick, and he even did an additional favor by changing out a burned out bulb on my porch that was too high up for me to reach (he had an extension ladder and just did it). I offered to pay extra for it but he wouldn't let me. He was very professional. Their prices are slightly higher than some other places, but they are super professional, prompt, and so you're probably paying for the overhead and reliability that you might not get in a solo guy/independent contractor. That's worth it to me instead of getting jerked around by someone with a lower price. I found these guys to be very reasonable to work with.

I had Bullett Electic come out to bid a small project in my office, changing out some lighting. They did a great job and I've had them come out to work on many more projects for me. Now, rather than bid out a single project, they just bill me by the hour they put in and it's a good, fair price. I've been impressed with the quality of work. I've even purchased some pendant light shades and they figured out how to build me the rest of the fixture and it looked great.
