+ -1 moreit never did go!!! i have used them before and was very satisfied. this time, i called saturday 1/19, sunday 1/20, and monday 1/21. left message---no one ever returned my call. why---i don't know, but i must have my dryer fixed, so i'll have to find someone else. this kind of so-called professionalism is very disappointing.
