anAlthough I was doubtful I called Service Master and had them come in to check it. Although it took them a day to get to it because they were in the middle of a big project, they did come over within 2 days. The technician they sent over was named Bob Rasmussan and he climbed right under the house as soon as he got there (no prodding involved) after a couple of minutes he came out and asked me what the problem was supposed to be and I told him what CPR had said. He said there was No sewage and no reason to call him. His suggestion was to get a new plumber but I had already made that decision.
Description of Work: We called them about a broken sink pipe we had. It took them 2 days to send someone over (which seems to be the norm from what others tell me) The young man they sent over went under the house with me but didn't seem to be crazy about climbing into the crawl space where the pipes are. He claimed he could see the problem from where you walk in under the house. The distance between that space and where the broken pipe was is about 10 to 15 feet (I know this because I go in there at least once a year) plus a wall covers the side of the pipe where it was broken so I knew he couldn't see it. I finally talked him into going in there to really look at it because I wanted a good estimate not a wild guess. He went in to about a 30 second look and came out saying they could do it but before they would even go in there Service Master would have to go in there and clean up the mess. I asked him what mess because I had just been in there and all I saw was a small patch of gray water that had run into the dirt under the pipe. He said no it was bad and he could tell the toilet "backflushed" into the system so he knew there was sewage under there. He then left saying to call them after Service Master was done.

Good experience with CPR. I plan to call them for some current problems. Ryan also told us he would be willing to take the amount the home warranty company would pay. Very nice people.
Description of Work: We have a home warranty, but because of our remote location the repair person didn't want to make the trip to see why our water heater would not light. Plus, he told us it would be a big expense to replace the water heater. The wind had blown out the pilot light a few years ago, and we thought that's what had happened, but my husband couldn't light it. So I called Ryan Clausse at CPR Plumbing. They came to the house, lit the water heater, made sure it was operational, and did not charge us anything. I will definitely use them again. I don't remember exactly when this happened, but it was earlier this year, sometime in the Spring.

Our sink water line started leaking and we called CPR. The plumber that came out was professional, and polite. He made sure that his work was solid and sound. He also gave a great estimate and lowered his hourly price since he wasn't there the whole hour. I also asked for an estimate on another project for a later date and we were thrilled to hear what he had to say. It was such a great experience that we will be going to this company for all of our future work.
Description of Work: He replaced our sink line and had to make a couple of trips from his truck to find the correct clamp. He stayed an extra five minutes just to see that it didn't leak.
