+ 0 moreI called to have them come to my home to repair several of my blinds. The gentleman scheduled an appointment for Friday, November 6th at 9:00 am. No one ever showed up or called to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

+ -1 moreWe bought a home with some problem blinds. I called the manufacturer for repairs and was annoyed to hear that I would have to take down all of my blinds (some very, very large & heavy) and transport to them for repairs that would take a few weeks with no guarantees of being fixed. Then I found the Blind Doctors. I was happy to pay the $30 fee for Ben to come to my home (especially since I had no alternatives!). He looked at 6 of my blinds. A few just needed minor adjustments. He repaired 3 and answered all of my questions. He suggested ways that I could save money by contacting the blind manufacturer for some small parts, instead of getting more money for himself. Honest guy. Worked quickly. Very professional.
