Chad was very professional. He was able to come out the same day to give me a quote. Once the job started he was great at keeping me informed. Once the project was complete he took the time to walk me through all that they did and compare it to the quote. Chad and his team did a great job and I will use for future projects.

We are just finishing up with the designing, planning & pricing/budgeting, but so far... great!! We are getting very close to the implementation phase, though. I have complete confidence in Chad & his team!!!

When he showed up and realized his equipment wouldn't work to blow out our sprinkler system, he taught me how to manually drain the system myself. That part was all great, but it only took 15 minutes. Pretty quick for how much he charged!

They got right back to me after being contacted for a quote. Came right by, checked out what we had and Chad gave us some of his ideas with it. We liked his ideas and hired him and that same day he had his crew trenching for the sprinklers! Sprinklers, curbing and sod all installed very quickly and before the weather deadline. Couldn’t be happier!

Chad was very pleasant to work with. The job was completed in a timely manner. They did a great job except for the sod....very poorly installed and they left many areas with weeds and no sod.

We decided to get about 4 estimates for our backyard project. Sprinklers and and sod. We chose Sprinkler Service Pro not only because their price was fair but also because Chad seemed more willing to work with us and had a better warranty too. We are extremely happy with our new backyard. I would definitely recommend them to others.
