I became acquainted with this company by watching them prune my neighbor's yard each year for the past four years. When my apricot tree got too large for me to handle I asked them to prune it for me. They did a beautiful job and it produced more apricots than I have ever had before. They have also worked on several of my friends trees and done an excellent job.

Very knowledgable and informative about the trees on my property I enjoyed working with Mr Sherwood and plan to have him back to clear the back yard of scrub and weed trees.

This is not a flattering review, and I'm sorry to put this up here. If Sherwood would like to contact us, we're still willing to give them a chance (and hopefully give them a positive review!). Here's the sequence of events: 1. Got a flier on the door. 2. Looked up on Angie's List, saw good ratings. 3. Called in early March (on Thursday in the early afternoon) and got an answer, but he was actually working, and said, and quot;I'm up a tree, can I call you back this evening?and quot; 4. Waited, never got a return call. 5. Called again the next day and left a message. Because the weather had been sketchy but was nice right then, I was anxious to get the tree trimmed, or at least get a date set for the service. 6. Never got a return call. 7. Called him again on Tuesday, reached him, made an appointment for him the come at noon. 8. No-show. 9. I get busy, I don't follow up again that week. 10. Next week, I say let's give him one more shot. I call, and he says, and quot;Yes, we can come at 10:00 AM.and quot; I say, and quot;I have to leave at 11 AM to do carpool, so will you be here before then?and quot; He says, and quot;Yes.and quot; 11. No-show. 12. I gave up and got someone else. To be fair, it's probably the busy season. He seemed nice enough on the phone. The irritating thing isn't even that he didn't show up...it's that he didn't even call to reschedule or say, and quot;Sorry, I'm just too busy right now.and quot; As with many trades and quot;professionalsand quot;, I think he needs to get some help scheduling appointments. Come on guys, get serious.

It is a very locally owned business. They are really nice. I highly recommended them. The service they provide is great. They are great. I want to give them straight A's on all the categories.
