They overcharged for the fans. There was a 1600 dollars charge for the fans for 3 days. I felt that they should have warned me that the charges could have gone up that high when the insurance was only going to pay 5500 dollars for the complete restoration.
Description of Work: We had flooding due to toilet malfunction in an apartment. It required removing flooring, sheet rock, hauling away the debris, and setting up fans.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet and tile floor. They get even the high traffic areas on stairs and family room very clean. The tile and grout looked like new. They were very professional and took great care to not damage walls or doors. They had a great fan that helped dry the carpet much faster.

+ -1 moreEveryone at Servpro was amazing. I wish I could give them an A+. They responded immediately to my first phone call, and were always courteous and professional. Our repairs took about a month to complete, and I was always impressed with the quality of service. They worked well with our insurance company, too.
Description of Work: We had a leak under our bathroom sink that caused extensive damage, including mold.

+ -1 moreThey did a real good job and it was a good deal. I was very pleased with what they did and he was on time when he made an appointment. He also didn't add on anything extra when he charged me. I'll tell anybody to call him because he's a good guy.
Description of Work: The ice maker quit working on my refrigerator and Servpro fixed it. The amount that was charged took care of any parts they needed to buy and everything that went with it.

Awesome people to work with! Very efficient, get it done and get it done well-- only concern was the mold issue. Not sure if that was handled correctly--
Description of Work: water intrusion caused a mold infestation in my sons room. Carpet, sheetrock and insulation removed, area sprayed then dried with fans, new insulation, sheetrock, moldings and carpet installed-- then room was painted. They were very on top of getting things done quickly, Nicole was great at getting all the contractors scheduled to get things done. My only concern-- they did not test the mold, they had fans on the moldy plywood boards to dry them out, they did not seal off the room or the HVAC vents when the fans were going. Another mold specialist said that could spread mold spores throughout the house-- which concerned me. I am not an expert-- so I don't know. Two years later we still smell mold-- they have been great to return several times to test for water intrusion-- which they discovered again in the same location. This was not their fault-- it was the roofer who did not fix that problem completely.

They were great. They gave me an estimate of about 3800 dollars and ended up charging me about 2800 dollars. I sure would use them in future.
Description of Work: I have a basement apartment which is not in the home I am living in but in another place and they actually came in because I had some water damage there. They took out the walls, replaced it and replaced the insulation. They also repainted it and made it look like it was brand new. They replaced the carpets as well.

+ -1 moreI have used them for about 15 years. I have them come once or twice a year. The carpets are really clean when they leave. They also have cleaned some of our furniture. I would recommend them to anyone. They always do a great job.
Description of Work: I had them clean the carpet. Two staircases and traffic areas in other rooms and three fourths of family room total.
