 + -1 moreThe inspection was quick and thorough. The report was easy to understand, and the inspector was friendly, frank, and very responsive. I didn't compare prices with other inspection companies, so I don't know if the price I paid was fair. I paid about $499, which included $150 for an optional meth test. I think the price was comparable to what other inspection companies charge.

As a first-time home buyer, I especially appreciated his thoroughness, clear instruction, and advice on things I wouldn’t have known to ask about. The inspection report was also very informative and included tons of additional info that any homeowner would be glad to have. On top of all of that, he offered a very fair and competitive rate.
