Completed a roof leak in july, everything seemed fine until I noticed a spot that was over looked and the plywood was rotten. Called dave and he came and looked at it said he would get me on the schedule. Two weeks go by no communication so I ask if I got on the schedule he tells me next week. next week comes and someone shows up unannounced and starts banging around on the roof. So naturally I go out to see what is going on to notice that a worker in an unmarked van has trampled my garden plants and setup his ladder on my other plants, I then ask him what he is doing and why he didn't knock on the door and why he trampled my plants. He shrugged and said he was there to fix the roof. I ask him to come down and talk to me and he wont. I walk around back to see what he is doing and he is starting to rip up the wrong part of the roof. I then get very frustrated and tell him to stop working and get off the roof. I try and call dave at this point and he doesn't answer. His guy walks off the job and then I get a text message from dave that I need to find another roofer because I was rude to his guy. Now it is January and what I paid them to fix is leaking again and he wont warranty his work and told me to find another roofer.

I did not know whether i needed to replace roof or repair it. Came out and did estimate and said roof had at least 5 more years and that problems could be fixed quickly and easily. He said they could complete repairs within a week and was actually completed within 2 days! Lots of rain since it was repaired and no leaks. very impressed.

The quote was prompt, the workmen showed up when they said they would and even worked on Thanksgiving to get the job done before the snow came. A couple of small windows were broken when they were taking the old roof off but the foreman brought them to our attention and paid to have them repaired.
