Hive Pest Defense

Hive is a completely different experience from all the other pest control services I have used. They are not only experts at pest control but they take the time to actually prevent pests from coming in your home by setting up a system that is unique to you and your property. For the first time, I actually feel like we can keep bugs and rodents under control!

After an inspection for any signs of rodents in our attic, by an employee from your company, we were told the point of entry was all covered and that there was no evidence of rodents. We were told that we only had 1 kind of insulation as well which we learned from a different company there are 3. We were also informed that the scratching we heard was probably from something on our roof We hired someone else to evaluate the next day after hearing scratching on our ceiling-again. After our new hire inspected our attic, we were informed there is 3 types of insulation.(Goes to show the evaluation with your company was not very thorough.) They also found the point of entrance, and after installing a camera, we could see at least 3 rats in our attic. The issue with our problem was not addressed by your company. And we were disappointed to pay full price for a job that was not done thoroughly. On the flip side, Cody was very nice, easy to talk to and came out right away when we reported the issue.

They were on time, professional, courteous, friendly and communicative.

Polite, professional, and committed to excellence

Cody got my house sprayed and put out bait boxes for rodents. He really knows what needs to be done to fully protect a house in any place.

Cody came over and was very quick and professional. We live in a two bedroom ground floor appartment and we were starting to get tons of spiders and bugs. Since he's sprayed we have seen very little of them and if we do see them, they are already dead. The product he uses is very efficient and natural so its safe for us and our 8 month old definitly recommend MINT. Plus, Cody actually gets back to you when you reach out.

Mint Services is absolutely phenomenal! Cody is so kind and very responsive! He is much more easy to work with than some of the bigger pest control companies. I called several other companies and Cody was the only one willing to come same day if needed! I found Mint Services when we had an spider egg sac hatch with baby spiders everywhere in our apartment. Cody came and treated out apartment, and since then we have seen almost zero spiders or other bugs! If we do see one, itâ s dead! His product is natural and safe for kids and pets which is important because we have a crawling baby. We are very happy with our choice to go with Mint Services

On time, fast and friendly

Cody at MINT Services did a great job with pest control at my house in Springville. He has many years of knowledge and experience. He was responsive, easy to work with, and explains what he is doing. He is great to work with and I highly recommend MINT over other pest control companies. I have tried a couple others who quickly spray and leave and don't kill the bugs, but after using MINT we have seen better results.

There is nothing worse than opening your pantry door and finding mouse droppings and chewed open food when you are about to get on a plane to go on a trip. Cody came in and set traps to catch the mouse and then also helped us be proactive for future issues by placing bait boxes on our property. I was very pleased with the results and grateful that he cared about our immediate needs and offered long-term solutions as well. That was over 2 years ago and we have not seen a mouse since. I will definitely use him for our pest control needs.
