Alberto measured my home and gave me a detailed estimate both for fixing the carpets and for cleaning them afterward. He also helped me understand the carpet type (selected by the previous owner) and the benefits (and limitations) of having it stretched in improving the carpet appearance and lifespan. He answered all my questions and worked efficiently. I am glad to have hired him.

The technician did a masterful job of cleaning the carpets. He was very pleasant and professional. I discovered after the fact and after he left that in back of my sofa had not been cleaned. When I called the office I was informed that a new policy had been put into place in January that the technicians no longer moved furniture. I also questioned the higher price of my bill and was informed that as of January, a trip charge had been added for jobs out of their normal business range. I had been doing business with the previous owners for years and had not been charged a trip charge . Also, the previous owners always moved furniture in any room that was to be cleaned. We had moved all furniture out of the room that was being cleaned except a sofa that was on wheels and would have been happy to move the sofa forward to have the area cleaned behind the sofa. After a bit of back and forth, arrangements were made for the technician to return the next day to clean in back of the sofa but I am still waiting to hear from the new owner to see if he will waive the trip charge fee. It would have been nice to have been informed of the new policies when I initially set up the appointment. I might have considered making other arrangements to have our carpets cleaned.

They are excellent carpet cleaners. They have the equipment to get the job done right. They are good at getting stains out. They come when they say they will come. It is best to schedule for a warm, dry day in the morning so that you can leave your windows open and have your carpets dry by nightfall.

I hate cleaning my carpets! But the floors were really getting dirty so I reluctantly scheduled for Boss Systems to come out and clean our home before the holidays. I sent in a quote-request online and was given a quick response with detailed pricing. They cleaned most of the house - as well as the our tile grout. I was shocked at how well everything came out. The technician was professional and spent the time to do a great job. It feels like a new home! I will definitely have them back. Thank you!

They did a great job of removing a lot of grease. They're a little more expensive than I'd liked but they were very good.

They give me a good price (since I've shopped around) and they are on time, do a good job, and are professional. The large motor on their rig vacuums as well as cleans well. I just checked the internet to see if they are certified with any national organizations, and I found that they are a certified cleaner with the "Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certifications" (IICRC). So I was glad to see that. I've had good luck with them, so I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Boss Systems were good. They did a good job. They called before they came and they were on time.
