hardwood floor
+ -1 moreI didn't like everything about them. They scratched up the floor, argued with me about the fix and it was just a horrible experience. They also threatened to take me to court. They couldn't finish the work. The floors looked worse than they did after they had worked on them than how they were before. I am regretting doing it. I was not pleased at all. I finally gave up on them and gave them the money they accounted me for though I was not happy. If at a future date I might get someone else to come and fix it. I am going to try and forget it.
Description of Work: I used the service of AWS Flooring last fall for hardwood floors.

+ -1 moreI thought the guy was very knowledgeable. He was also very nice and courteous. He worked quickly and took extra care not cause any mess caused by sanding and refinishing. When the work was completed, he did a superb job of cleaning up.
Description of Work: The contractor sanded, refinished, and clear coated about 1000 square feet of hardwood flooring in my home. It only took him about 2 days to finish the work.

+ 0 moreTHEY WERE VERY GOOD AND TRUSTWORTHY AND WORKED AROUND THE KIDS AND MY SCHEDULE. I FELT THAT I COULD LEAVE THEM IN THE HOUSE IF I NEEDED TO RUN OUT SOMEWHERE.
