Where to start? from the punctuality to the professionalism, the services rendered were 5 star! Before the build we didn't know Andrews before, we found his contact online and contacted him for a bid, sure enough the bid was very competitive and was prompt as to the replied time frame. We didn't start the build for a few months, but we did schedule the contractor way before hand, after a few delays with loan processing we were a few days behind the dates set, the contractor was very flexible and understanding for the setbacks. On the day we started framing, they showed up bright and early and very ready to go with tools and very well prepared, they were very knowledgable and didn't overuse the materials provided at the site, were also very clean and cautious to the built of the dwelling, measuring and making sure everything fitted. They were so meticulous that they even found problems with rough plumbing, they sure made me feel like now they were concern for my own built as if they were theirs, that experience right there solidify my trust with them and had no more worries, they even furnished great referrals contacts for other work that needed to be done with the built. They've also advised me on a few changes and other ways to make the house framing better. The consistency was right on the spot, always showing up when they said they would, always measuring and keeping us on the loop and always very kind and personal. By the end of the framing work, we were so very happy with the finished work. Everything looked straight, plumb, nice and clean, 10 THUMBS UP!
