It was terrific. I had had some repair work done previously, and I was very satisfied with that. They fixed a Bose radio for me. Because it was a small company, I assumed that I would get a better deal buying a TV from them. They beat Costco's price and installed. I will go back there. The owner actually did all of the selling. He was very well-informed and totally honest. I asked him about several different brands, and he told me which ones he had to repair most often. That was good information.

Over all the customer service was terrible, never getting return calls, Jossein is very hard to deal with and is rude. They had worked on our TV in the past and every time they wanted the TV in the shop when it was easily fixed in my house. I was hesitant about moving the TV because of damage that could be done to it. The only good thing about this company is the one tech named Carlos - he was wonderful to deal with.
