We replaced the roof on our home in December 2015. As part of the project we added aluminum fascia and had to reinstall the rain gutters that were removed during re-roofing. We met with a Warburton's salesman and made it clear we wanted quality work and had chosen them based in their Angie's List reviews. We got a reasonable quote from Warburton's for the fascia and rain gutters. So far so good. As requested, we gave them a deposit for 1/3 of the quote. They promptly cashed the check even though they were weeks from starting the work. After the roof was complete and we were ready to start on the fascia and rain gutters, The Warburton's representative refused to return our repeated phone calls to schedule the work. It turns out, he had quit to work for a competitor. Eventually, we made contact with Warburton's management and got the work scheduled. It was January 2016 so conditions were less than ideal. After they "finished" the work we found that the fascia was not properly secured in many places. In some places there was eight feet or more between screws. The fascia screws should be installed every two to three feet, at splices and on corners. At least one of the rain gutters was installed so the water ran to the back of the gutter instead of toward the downspout. They left sharp, scrap sheet metal fragments around the yard, in the flower beds and on the roof. They did not seal the seams in the corner boxes that take run off from the valleys. Nor did they seal the unused holes in the gutters. Loose screws were left in at least one gutter corner box. It took five months of phone calls and messages to finally reach a manager who was willing to correct the problems. We won't know whether they have really been fixed or not until the next rainstorm.
Description of Work: They installed aluminum fascia on our home. Then they re-installed rain gutters and downspouts that were removed when the roof was replaced.

The roofing project contracted to Warburton's is now on day 41 and counting on what was originally supposed to be from 4 1/2 days to 7 days (roof portion). It has been delayed multiple times due to, a lack of sufficient workers, unreliable scheduling and poor workmanship, that has had to be corrected from day one. I am not sure how Warburton's performs with typical asphalt shingles but I would definitely not recommend them for stone coated metal. A group of neighbors and co-workers including myself decided to use Gerard roofing at a premium price. I even visited the factory in Brea Ca. to examine the product and training facility before making my decision. I mentioned this to the sales person showed pictures of the visit and went over many of the required installation details given me by Gerard. The sales person assured me that his crew was very familiar with the product and processes used. Later I found out this was not exactly true depending on who is assigned the job/bid. Two of us signed a contract on the same day while the other two had a wait and see approach depending on my results (mine being the first roof to be completed). Both of these people have now gone with different companies that install Gerard Roofing. These were slam-dunk Gerard roofing jobs for Warburton's had they performed. I am currently relying on the Sales person who sold me the roof to personally complete the job. Still need flashings installed and caulked two damaged panels replaced and rain gutters installed. This roofing job was bid at over $20,000.00 and I took Warburton' bid even though it was not the lowest based on the Sales persons knowledge and initial estimate of time. Big mistake! For 95% of the job only one person unfamiliar with this type of installation was used to install a counter batten roof system with stone coated metal roofing. This is totally inadequate for a project of this type. Out of 41 days there were only 2 ½ days when additional people were used. Luckily Leonel did a good job on a very visible portion of the roof during this time. I am now depending on the sales person who initially sold the job to finish it. I have documented all missed schedule dates, and workmanship problems since day one with pictures, saved text messages and messages from Rob (the western states rep for Gerard). I have no definite date for completion even though I have asked several times. I have had to personally make temporary down spouts while waiting for the roof to be complete because of the rain we have had in the last 6 weeks during this construction. One positive comment I need to make concerns the person who patched the stucco on my home. Excellent Job! Showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner, and matched the color and texture of 20 year old stucco better than I thought possible. He was also very honest and recommended only replacing 16 sq ft as opposed to 56 sq ft that was on the initial bid. (I have not been given a credit for this yet) I would rate this person at 5 stars if possible even though this was only 1% of the job. The sales person has also always returned my calls or texts but the follow through with the installation crew and resulting commitments have been terrible. If the job is ever completed I will submit the final result. As for now my advice would be to definitely avoid Warburton’s of Pleasant Grove Utah for any Gerard stone coated metal roof. Update after completion of project: As mentioned above the stucco repair was excellent and the installation of the rain gutters went as planned with both being scheduled in advance and completed on time. I would recommend both of these services. Unfortunately the roofing project continued for almost 7 weeks on what was originally a 41/2 to 7 day estimated schedule. Multiple times the partially completed roof was left untouched for days because the crew was sent to other jobs, sent to repair leaks on other jobs or sent out of town for a week or more at a time. For this reason and the fact that several critical areas needed to be either re-worked or replaced, including several calls to the Western States Representative to satisfy the Gerard warranty, I would not recommend Warburton's Inc of Pleasant Grove / Lindon for a stone coated metal roof.
Description of Work: Warburtons is attempting to install a Gerard Stone coated roof system using the counter batten method. It will actually be 43 days and counting this Monday if anyone shows. They also repaired 16 sq ft of stucco and are eventually installing new rain gutters.

They were supposed to put seeding on the north side and it was all planned out. I was at work when they were doing the work, when I came home, I asked them if they put seeding on that side and they said yes. On the inside of the garage, there was a hole and when I looked, I could see they didn't put the seeding. They just put siding over the old wood that needed to be seeded. I didn't say anything because I noticed it after a couple of days. They did a good job but I don't think I would go back to them again. I would suggest others to make sure they get a bid and be there when they are doing the work, so you make sure they are doing the work they say they are doing to do. There was extra seeding left over because they were supposed to put that on the north side but they didn't. I think they took the short cut route because there wasn't anybody here to watch them. It took them a lot longer because they were two guys and one of them kept going back and forth. It looks nice, although I went with higher bid thinking I would get a better job but that didn't happen. They didn't do what they were supposed to do.

It has been many years since I have experienced this level of professionalism. Once installation began, there were individual crews in their area of expertise. Each crew seamlessly completed their part of the job.The electrical was run, and we had a delay on the delivery of our light fixtures and the electrician was gracious and patient when he came back to install the light fixtures. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience we had working with Warburtons. If you are considering using this company, hire them!!!

We started the project at the end of October and the project is still ongoing. There have been several delays with the projects. The company is sending us bills for the final project already even though it's still complete. We love the way it looks, but its still not finished and it's been hard getting a hold of anyone. The communication and project management has been miserable

I called and made an appointment for an estimate. They came and gave me an estimate and said they would get back to me in two days with an estimate. A week later nothing. I then called and asked where my estimate was and they connected me to the rep who came to my house. He said he was sorry, he had been very busy and would get me an estimate within 24 hours. It has been one week and nothing. Terrible service. Very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: We received a bid from Warburton's for an awning. I liked their estimator, they seemed to know what they are doing. The salesman came out, looked at and measured the area. We were given a price estimate and committed immediately (however there was no pressure to). We arranged the date for the installation. We received a call first thing that morning, the workers showed up and they got the carport up in 5 hours time. They were very pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the construction, the professionalism and the value of our new boat carport. The structure has rain gutters and the roof is constructed to housing specifications which should be more than enough to withstand our high wind days. The carport looks like it's always been there. It blends in perfectly with the house. We are very pleased.
Description of Work: Carport installed, extending off the roof to cover and protect our boat. Beams are metal, cemented firmly into the ground. The roof is corrugated aluminum with rain gutters (emptying away from house). Post holes were dug and dirt was relocated to the garden (they asked where they could put the dirt. They cleaned up completely and left a very attractive carport which matched the house perfectly.
