+ 0 moreRich is awesome! I rescheduled on him twice and he happily rolled with the punches. He was incredibly thorough and a fun guy to talk to. The best part: He also does carpet repair! The previous tenant had cats that had ruined the carpet in a few places. Rich was able to harvest some carpet from a closet and make the repairs for only $25 a piece (don't know if that's good, but seemed reasonable to me). Super happy we used his services.

+ 1 moreI can't believe how thorough but fast he worked!! Such a hard worker. He would explain what he was doing and how to prevent problems. We were just amazed. Everything looked new again! He was very knowledgable. Rich showed up on time and worked until the job was done which was no small thing. He was friendly and made us feel good. My couches are in my living room and see minimal use, but I got them in 2001 from Peterson's and they were a custom job. I have been too nervous to have them cleaned but they needed it. Rich cleaned the downstairs carpet last fall so I knew he did good work, so I decided to go ahead with the couches. I can't believe how good they look!! Even my skeptical husband was impressed! I have 10 dining room chairs that are used most every Sunday and I have 6 grandchildren ranging from 3-9. All of the upholstery in my house is light, off white. Rich worked his magic with those chairs and the grandchildren will be able to still eat in the dining room. I highly recommend Rich. You will not be disappointed. He knows what he is doing and is reasonable in his pricing. I know that he will be coming to my house again. I am thinking about having the tile cleaned next. You will be very happy choosing him.
