*EDITED* ORIGINAL: I set up an appointment to have my windows washed. No one ever showed up. I sent a message later in the day asking when I could expect someone but never got a reply. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and messaged the following day to ask to reschedule again but I never got a response. EDIT: After my original review, Randy reached out to me in the morning, that Keith would wash my windows that day. I agreed because I still want to get this taken care of and I am, apparently, too forgiving. I waited for nearly 5 hours and near the end of the day, asked when I could expect him to arrive. Shockingly, Randy never responded. A day later and there has still been no further communication. Do yourself a favor and hire a more reliable company. Since my initial inquiry it has been nearly 2 weeks and I am no closer to getting my windows washed than I was before I attempted to hire Rainbow Window Cleaning.

They were very professional and did a great job. They were on time and worked at a good rate of speed.

They were an hour late, but seemed to do a good job. They were friendly and professional.

They keep things very neat when going from inside to out cleaning the windows. They never track things inside. I highly recommend them, as they came highly recommended to me.
