Every thing was done promptly. All was left spotless and the plumber was very courteous! He explained how I could avoid a couple of problems in the future as well.

One of our two water heaters began to fail after nearly 7 years of service. Since both heaters were installed at the same time, it seemed likely that the other one would fail soon and it would be wise to replace them both. We contacted several of the plumbers who were rated highly on Angie's list and also priced the water heaters if we were to order them directly from a supplier. The first plumber quoted us a price that seemed high. By contrast, Mac Plumbing and Heating quoted us a much lower price that was reasonable given the purchase price we found for the heaters and considering the required labor. Our experience with Mac Plumbing and Heating was positive in every way. They promised to come and perform the work the very next day after my telephone inquiry, which they did. They were courteous and respectful of our home. The first two workers who came were joined by two others who brought needed parts to ensure the job was completed quickly. The work was of very high quality, and they cleaned up everything at the end. They also were friendly and ready to explain everything they were doing and to answer our questions. I have Mac Plumbing and Heating in my computer address book and plan to call them for future plumbing jobs.

Miguel is a good man. He cares about people, and he is a clear communicator. He is a leader, and he wants his customers to be happy. He took care of everything, and explained every step. Our problem was a pretty big one, and he did everything to make it right again. Strongly recommend.

I had a toilet overflow three times in two days. He came within an hour and a half of my calling him. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what the results meant. He was courteous and friendly. He replaced my old toilet with a new, better one. He also fixed something on a separate toilet so it would have better water pressure. He also called a company for me that would give an estimate on repairing the damage caused by the overflows to the laundry room and another bathroom downstairs. I chose not to go with them, but I appreciated that Manuel called for me, recommended them, and that they were able to come and give the estimate that day. I would totally call Manuel again.

As always Miguel with MAC Plumbing was professional. reliable, honest and prompt. He does excellent work and we are more than happy with his performance.

A plastic knife was flushed down the toilet. Miguel worked us in first thing the next morning. He took the toilet off and ran a camera down the line. Then snaked the line. I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. He put booties on his shoes when he entered the house. He put drop cloths on the floor when he had to bring equipment into the house and also used drop cloths in the bathroom to set his equipment and our toilet on. After he was done he wiped down the bathroom floor. He told me that he tries to leave the job site as clean as he found it. HE WAS GREAT!!!!!!!
