I woke up the day before new year's to discover that the bathtub hadn't drained from last night. After calling another place and not receiving the promised callback, I called Larsen. He picked up on the second ring and said he'd be there in 90 minutes. He showed up 75 minutes later and had it quickly fixed. I was impressed that there weren't any extra fees for emergency or holiday-time services.

Arrived at appointment time, friendly, courteous, and went to work. Very pleased with outcome. I highly recommend Larsen Plumbing Service!

Larsen Plumbing Service was referred to us by a trusted source. I called Carl Larsen on the phone on Monday 9 April, and he came over to inspect the water heater the same day. Due to the age and condition of the water heater, he recommended replacement rather that attempt repairs. Carl gave us a written bid, which I thought was reasonable in relation to the cost of the water heater itself and compared to an estimate we had received several weeks ago from a different company. I called Carl on Tuesday, and asked him to go ahead and put in a new water heater, which he did on Wednesday 11 April. He showed me how to work the new electronic controls. At my request, he also inspected the water softener and said it was OK. I paid him what he had bid for the water heater installed, and he did not charge us for the inspection visit on Monday. It was a pleasure to do business with Carl Larsen, and I would highly recommend him as pleasant, competent, prompt and reasonable plumber.

We've had Carl with Larsen Plumbing do work for us for many years. He's always provided us with his best work and when a problem has been incredibly minor (something was stuck in our toilet float causing water to run) he hasn't even charged us. I've had to call with water heater emergencies on a Sunday morning and Carl has come quickly to help us get things diagnosed. We've called late at night with clogged or leaking toilets and he's been happy and willing to help. He's been able to recommend good products, like our powerful, yet low-flow toilets, that have worked out very well for us. He's been willing to answer questions over the phone and research answers when problems have been particularly tricky. We will continue to use Larsen Plumbing for our needs.
