Opened the store 30 minutes late the first time I came. He had placed an ad in the parade program for a free diagnostic. Asked for the free diagnostic and said he would get to it within two hours. Three days later I am still calling to find out what is wrong. Finally says screen needs to be replaced for $380. Not really worth it, but need it for my BAR exam in three days. Tell him that I will only do it if he can get it done in time for my exam. Agrees and I give him my Visa number because he has to overnight the piece to get it in time. Three days come and he is not there and the company is closed. I call the number from answering machine and find out he is out of town but his employee was suppose to call me two days prior. Says it is not ready. Find out the next night he has charged my card $380. Says will refund $330, but not the remaining $50 and won't give computer back unless I pay. Paid $50 to get unfixed computer back. Debating whether to sue him for my $50 and his breach.

I thought that he was very competent and very responsive. I felt that he went that second mile. He helped me to learn what to do so I could clean up my files so my computer would do what I wanted it to do. He was very customer oriented.
