Great work! Eric came and gave me a bid for removing my old swamp cooler and patching my roof. The bid was far and he did the work the same week. His work was great. I highly recommend them.

It was an unusual problem with a situation that most contractors rarely see, and we had previously had another roofer do a complete re-roof that still leaked. Eric was very knowledgeable and immediately knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. There was an unfortunate accident that broke a very expensive part of a glass roof on a sun room, but Eric did not hesitate for a moment to stand behind his work and paid the sun room builder in full to replace the broken panel. So, even though there was some inconvenience, accidents do happen, Eric stayed in touch, asked for no payment until everything was finished. He made a trip over to inspect the job and made sure that all was done to our satisfaction and the roof no longer leaked. You can be confident with Morrelli construction to act with integrity and competence.

We had couple hiccups, but the boss made them right. The result is a new roof we are very happy with. I would definately recommend this contractor. Just an FYI Home Advisor was a little odd to work with, although we did select our contractor here. They jumped the gun in sending our name to the contractors w/o our permission. I only went in to check out info on the contractors.

They were on time and completed when they said they would. I would highly recommend.

AMAZING!!!! This is the kind of professional you hope you get every time! About 2 minutes after filling out the request on HomeAdvisor, a professional from Morrelli Construction contacted me. Someone came over to view the problem 2 hours later, and this was a non-emergency visit. It was fixed -- the NEXT DAY!!! Price was spectacular! Service absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I'm so impressed. This was probably one of the best contacts I've had with someone coming to do a repair in my home. I would recommend this company to anyone! I'm planning on having them come back when my whole roof needs to be redone!

Excellent workmanship. All the crew that came to do the work were professional and courteous. Did all the work in one day and cleaned up everything when they were finished. A diffenent rehire for any work on our roof!

Very polite and professional. When I submitted this request I got a call from Morelli Construction right away. I wish I could remember the guys name. He inspected my roof and vents. We discussed what my home inspector found regarding the roof. Nothing needed to be fixed. We discussed how its better to have an inspection done when we see something than wait for a problem to occur and than call to have it fixed. Inspection was at no cost to me. They left a very good first impression for what little needed to be done. Thanks Morelli.

Not sure yet if it is fixed. It needs to rain alot first to make sure but it looks good. Can not even tell where the repair was made.

This construction company I would highly recommend for remodel, roofing, etc. It is refreshing to know there is a company where all work was professionally completed with a polite crew. The work area was cleaned up every day. Crew and owner stayed late to dry in my roof due to a threat of rain. The project was completed on time (within one week of start date) per the contract. My roof was stripped to the planks, new decking, etc. all the way to a 100% new roof. The company is professional, hard working, reliable and honest! I now have a new beautiful roof and will last me for a long time. Thank you Eric for being such a wonderful contractor!
