Wooded Hollow Cabinetry Inc

I found him on Angie's list, called him and he came and bid the project. a few days later I excepted the bid and he agreed to a timeline to meet our other deadlines and that same day we picked out our counter tops and nobs and gave him a deposit. He said he would get drawings for me to approve within 24 hours. the drawings didnt come and when I followed up they still didnt come till 2 days later. within hours of getting the drawings I replied pointing out some mistakes and asking some questions to make sure they were correct. this was last Thursday. I emailed him again with a few other questions and never got any replys to nay of my emails. 3 days later Iwas concerned that maybe the cabnites where being built already and not correctly I called and expressed my concern for not having received reply's to my emails. he clearly was upset with me and said this would not delay the project and even if it was Thursday night (the night before install only 4 days away at this point) when he gets the drawings right he will still make the Friday install. He claimed that he did not reply becasue it was a weekend even though he had all day Friday and this morning as well to at least acknowledge my emails if not reply to my concerns. long story short he lost his temper and canceled the job saying he would bring my check back later. I told him I will be reporting this waste of my time to Angie's list to which he replied I don't even know what that is. I am now back at square one and needless to say not a fan of angieas list for taking my money and then recommending this guy that lost me over a week of time.

It was a highly customized cabinet for a very small space, and they figured out the design details perfectly. Then the construction quality was excellent. They matched the wood and stain to our other cabinets perfectly. And the installation was perfect as well.
