Mario and the Utah Innovation Exteriors were fast to come give a quote and realistic about when they could start the job. They were careful around landscaping and plants while repairing a stucco wall that was cracked and discolored. Mario removed a piece to inspect for water damage or mold, which is an extra step that gave me peace of mind as a home owner. The color match is good and they even offered to come back if I end up having any issues or want to try for a closer match. Overall, easy to work with and I would recommend to anyone!

I have been the construction industry for over 40 years not only as a licensed contractor but with 25 years as a government Building Inspector and Fire Marshal in the state of Utah. I can honestly and professionally give a testament of the quality of work performed by Utah Innovation Exterior, Inc. The first item of business for me as an inspector and as the client is to log onto Utah's Department of Public Licensing aka DOPL to ensure the contractor is licensed. They were and with no non-compliance issues. Second was the communication between contractor and client; another positive experience. Last but not least, was the estimate thorough and professional; yes it was. In closing, do I recommend this company; ABSOLUTELY!

I am very impressed with this company, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. These guys did a top-notch job on my exterior paint job. I had some very specific ideas about what I wanted in terms of a color scheme (what gets painted and what). Mario executed an even better plan and completed the job in only a couple of days. We hired Utah Innovation Exterior (UIE) to do some stucco repair work on the exterior of our home. The owner of UIE, Mario Orellana, gave us an estimate and explained the process he would undertake. Mario was very patient and answered all our questions, giving us the pros and cons to our suggestions. There was no pressure nor any kind of up sale. Although theirs was one of the higher bids, UIE provided the most comprehensive solution and Mario worked with us on the pricing to remain competitive. As soon as we signed the contract, Mario and his brother, Jose, started work a few days later. They were punctual, efficient, quiet, courteous, and very respectful of our property (all garbage was collected at the end of day). As the work area included space where we had plants, they were willing to work around that without destroying the flowers. As work progressed, they diligently answered all our questions and kept us informed of next steps. They completed the project in a very timely manner. The exterior of our home looks great with trims around the window, new and painted stucco. We are super pleased with their work. On their last day, as they were leaving our property, they even helped tighten a metal fence gate that was sagging without us asking. Definitely going above and beyond their scope of work! I would for sure use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for stucco or exterior work.

They promised to paint and fix all the cracks so they looked like new which is the reason we went with them even though their bid was higher than the other two bids we received. The paint job was good but the patch repair on the cracks looks terrible and in just a few months the cracks are back. The new stucco they put around the windows looks good, its I am not happy with the job they did on the exterior walls!!!

I spoke with Mario. I got a quote for $300. I had another guy who was going to give me a quote, but after rescheduling my appointment twice, he never showed up. So I called Mario back and told him he was hired. He told me he would come out the following day. He never showed and never called to apologize for wasting my time! Grrr
