Dutson Pumping and Septic

I found their service to be timely, professional, and a good value for the price. Iâ ve already scheduled them for my next septic service.

Mr. Dutson was a dream to work with. From the very beginning, his communication was professional and he responded immediately to any questions and to setting up an appointment. At the tank, he was amazing to get the access cover off, even though it had problems with it. The tank hadn't been pumped in several years, which made the job more difficult. However, Mr. Dutson handled the job like it was easy. He was efficient and thorough, including washing the tank down. There was even something that looked like old construction debris in the tank that he was able to get out--something that the previous pumping company had left behind. Mr. Dutson was so friendly and professional. He was patient to answer all of my questions regarding septic tanks and additives. His wealth of knowledge was impressive. I would recommend him to anyone. I will always use him for my septic tank needs.

Theron was very professional as well as incredibly friendly and accommodating. He brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. As a result of his expertise, the job was done both safely and efficiently. The two tanks he pumped for me were very difficult as it had been many years since they had had any attention. That didnâ t bother him at all. He worked hard and did an incredible job despite the difficulties. I highly recommend him for septic services.

Mr Dutson was very thorough. He made sure the tank was completely clean and even washed it down with water to make sure nothing was left was left in the tank. Really good job and heâ  s a nice guy besides doing a good job. 5 stars from me

Theron worked very hard helping us find the opening to our two tanks. They were not marked. When we found them he pumped and cleaned the tanks much better than they had been done when we first purchased the home.
